Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Insurance

Please be aware, Jadi Gray does not accept insurance. However, upon request, a bill will be provided to submit to an insurance provider. Any communication with insurance providers is the sole responsibility of the client.

These questions can be helpful in determining your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits? If so, what is the coverage amount per session?
• Do I have a deductible?  What is the amount, and have I met it yet?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
• Does my plan cover couple and/or family sessions, or ONLY individual therapy?
