Related Experience:

Prior to becoming a licensed therapist, I served my community through leading women's groups, volunteering with teens, and working with non-profit organizations that aligned with my values.

From 2006-2017, I helped to establish a private charitable foundation in the roles of Executive Director, as well as Secretary and Treasurer.

During that time, 2014-2017, I volunteered as a Mentor and as a Board Committee Member for MN Adult & Teen Challenge, and served on the Executive Board for PULSE Movement.
